Burger Bakar Abang Burn, Gombak Setia
Hi guys! Ya ampun for sooooo long I haven't update my blog and this feeling of typing words is what I miss! As some of you know I'm currently in the second (actually third since lompat satu sem) in UiTM Shah Alam. Punya lah busy degree ni sampai dah tertinggal dunia blog. Okay, maybe boleh cerita student life lepas ni kan.
Now back to our topic, and as this month is our Holy month which is Ramadhan, of course there's gonna and always will be lots of amazing and delicious food all around us especially when one is at bazaar. But, nah that's not what I wanna talk about... recently I came across on an ads about Burger Bakar Abang Burn; I know this stall have been viral for quiet some times but how can you not love the homemade burger topped with different kinds of toppings and extra-melted cheese? Or better known as Aligot.
What is Aligot? Aligot is a recipe from France that made from mashed potatoes blended with butter, cream, crushed garlic, and the melted cheese. The dish is ready when it develops smooth, elastic texture that you would definitely instagram-ed it before you it. Burger Abang Bakar Burn have 8 outlets in Malaysia. We headed to their outlet located in Jalan Taman Melati, Gombak Setia, Kuala Lumpur. Took about 25 minutes from Kuala Lumpur (by train) and a 5 minutes walk to the location. Since we came here early, we managed to get the best spot for of course photo session.
Burger Daging Original + Cheese Aligot RM12.90
An Original Homemade Beef Burger with Cheese Aligot topped on the patty with Chili Sauce and Bun to try for first time here. The burger itself was already big and you gotta use both of your hands to diggin!
Burger Kahwin 2 (Daging + Ayam) + Cheese Aligot RM19.90
I ordered this just to show you guys how big this burger can be! Actually there's bigger than this to. This Burger Kahwin 2 (mixed of beef patty and fried chicken); the beef patty is wrapped with the melted-elastic cheese aligot and then topped with 2 pieces of fried chicken. Yass, fried chicken, not chicken patty which made this menu even worth it! Took a while for me to finished this.
Burger Daging Original (semua topping) RM12.90
Our last menu would be the Original Homemade Beef Burger that consist all toppings which is Beef Strips, Turkey Slice, Supreme and Cheese! If you can't decide which topping you want, I recommend you to have this menu since it consist all toppings. You won't regret it!
