Founded by Darren Ng., The Morning After (or TMCA) is a local independent cafe chain, established in 2014, TMCA prides itself as a gourmet coffee house that brings you the ultimate foodie adventure in an inviting and cozy ambiance. 

A spicy aglio olio with shrimps and zucchini perfect for those who's really into spicy food! I mean it, it is really spicy. And wholesome brunch with scrambled eggs, buttered bread, French toast, sauteed mushrooms, roasted potatoes, turkey ham, chicken sausages, baked beans tomato chutney and a side of salad and also comes with two coffee/tea for two people.

The extraordinary beef sandwich with juicy grilled striploin steak, pickles, capsicum, lettuce and blue cheese.

A mouthwatering treat with Mexican nachos with diced tomatoes, beef Bolognese, and melted Mozarella cheese is such a delicious treat for a large group of friends hanging out together.
